Where It Started
The concept began in 2012 at Temple University, when founder Thomas Readinger explored the evolving lifestyle and financial needs of the maturing U.S. population in his capstone entrepreneurship class. Originally launched as First Contact Property Solutions, the idea evolved into PropertyOps—a company committed to protecting homeowners and their most valuable asset: their home.
Our Goals
Each service plan includes regular property inspections to identify safety issues and monitor wear and tear. We coordinate necessary repairs through our network of certified trade professionals. When repairs or home improvement projects arise, our customers can count on high-quality work completed to their satisfaction—backed by safeguards against contractor fraud and financial risk.
